Help, i’m awkward.
everyone says this. lucky for you my bossy nature and director’s eye takes over and you won’t be left standing there not knowing what to do. we can take as much time as you need to warm up to each other, too.
how many locations & where?
unless we’re working in studio or on specific locations for your project, our session will be on the go. we will go for a walk, we will hit some spots, we won’t stay in one place for too long. but our cars stay parked at one place.
if you’ve commissioned an editorial project, multiple locations will likely be involved, and the specifics depend on the scale of your project. we’ll figure it out.
how many outfits?
as many as you want to fit into the time you’ve contracted me to spend photographing you. just remember outfit changes can take up a lot of time.
i don’t know what to expect.
I have spent my career perfecting the ideal little portrait session. most of my clients are surprised to learn the people they saw in my portfolio, are not models, but regular people commissioning me for graduation photos, brand launches, and 30th birthday milestones. my sessions are designed to be casual and laid back, while also sort of bossing you around and telling you what to do. a lot of shots are also born from true candid moments together; the laughs we will share on our walk or the bashful smile that’ll slip onto you when i tell you how badass you look.
